Rithmic Hystorical data problem

Just now I set Sierra with Rithmic data, but I have a problem to download Historical data.
Attached daily chart with the Setting setup.

If I set in Advanced Setting / Continuous Contract: Continous Futures Contract - Volume based rollover, Back Adjustment /// The data is very limited
If I set in Advanced Setting / Continuous Contract: NONE /// The historical data are few

how can I resolve, taking into account that I have deleted and redone data download
