Hi, one of my customer's was using Emoji trading chartbooks on a trial basis. and is now getting the below error message

he has removed anything referencing "ETOF" or "DeltaScalper" from the data folder in the C: drive but the error persists, do you have any suggestions. He also says the study is not on any of the chartbooks he is using

They really need to go through all of the charts within the open Chartbook's and make sure there are no studies from ETOFSv2.0.
