Thank you. However, I'm currently now having a problem with historical data not downloading. I get the error message: "HD Request # 13 | Error downloading historical Intraday data for XBTUSD-BMEX. The network socket has been closed. Retrying download. | 2018-06-18 18:23:42"

Is there any way for me to fix this? Currently only data from when I initially connected "10 minutes ago" is displaying on the charts, changing settings only results in the above message. No historical bars are showing at all.
