hello SC, after adding a 6th symbol to a chart none of the added symbols update anymore... screenshot of my chart added, that "downloading" for the gold symbol just didnt update, it already had downloaded all the date. please advise.. thanks, Andreas |

Disregard the prior response. Actually, we do see that if one symbol is in a downloading state, none of the Add Additional Symbol studies will update. Not sure why we do it that way, so we need to look into this some more. If the download actually completed for that symbol and the state is still showing as downloading, not sure at this point why would that be the case, but update to the current version. We have updated the documentation in regards to this. Add Additional Symbol: Updating of Additional Symbols in Chart We have added a backup method in the latest release to detect the completion of a historical data download for the Add Additional Symbol study. This is not the perfect method because it will not cause a reload of the chart if necessary, but it does serve as a backup method of detection.
