Since ver 1732 the SC on my work computer would give this message and SC would need to be shut down. I upgraded to 1762 and now am getting same problem on my home PC also. The data feed is Gain. I do occasionally use SC with IB on both pc's and have never had that problem.

What message is this? Are you referring to an abnormal shutdown of Sierra Chart?

I am not getting any message, the program is frozen when this happens. If I click on it then I get the windo that says not responding do you want to shut down the program.

Run Sierra Chart in Safe Mode:
Sierra Chart - Software Login Instructions: Using Safe Mode

Do not use any existing Chartbooks. Start with a new Chartbook.

Also update Sierra Chart to the latest Prerelease following the instructions here:
Software Download: Fast Update

If the issue relates to volume at price data processing, the time to do those calculations is less in the latest prerelease.
