Hello I activated the full cme non pro with market depth data as well as the Sierra datafeed (barchart if I'm not mistaken) for 10 real time sysmbols. I understand that limit means I cannot have more than 10 symbols simultaneously receiving data. I also set up a second connection for 20 bucks a months but i'm getting messages that i've reached the limit when i only have charts up of GC, CL and NQ. So a couple questions: 1. Is the 10 real time symbols limit for charts that are currently opened? let's say if i have GC, CL and NQ up and running. I still have 7 symbols left? 2. Since I have 2 connections with my sierra account, I imagine if I'm seeing CL, NQ and GC and the other instance of sierra (using the 2nd connection) is seeing CL. That still counts as only 3 symbols right? I'm trying to see 6E future but it wont let me even though I only have CL and NQ running. Thanks! Date Time Of Last Edit: 2018-06-12 16:23:33

1. Yes. This is explained in more detail here: Chart Data and Chart Data Files: Reducing Number of Symbols Being Tracked by Sierra Chart Check the Status Bar for how many symbols are currently being tracked: Status Bar But keep in mind symbols that do not directly come from the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed are included in the symbol limit but do not count towards those 10 symbols. This would be for example cash Forex symbols. 2. Yes.
