I had an existing account from last year and am trying to get live data before going live using Sierra. On a previous support ticket I was told I could get data until the end of the month, but as it was only a couple days was suggested to wait until the new month started. I seem to be going in circles here. Was sent instructions on how to setup, but going through the setup is says to contact support if you had previously had Sierra setup on your computer.
