Dear Support, I would like to draw a chart on Hang Seng China Enterprise Index with data from my broker, Interactive Brokers. Please let me know how to get a continuous chart on Hnag Seng China Enterprise Index with Sierra. You do appear to be using the correct symbol so if the chart is blank we are not why Trader Workstation is not providing the data. Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download". I have sent you the message log file. I can draw other Hong Kong stocks chart with Sierra. Therefore, I should be able to draw the Hang Seng China Enterprise Index and China stock. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2018-06-06 10:50:16

You are saying I have no subscription on HSCE but I can draw the chart on IB. Can you find someone who can help me if you cannot solve the problem for me?

It does not help to argue with us. Only Interactive Brokers can help you. Listen to what we say. Contact Interactive Brokers and they will help you. This is what we said previously. They are going to explain to you, why it is you can see a chart in their software but not externally. They are complying with exchange rules in your country.
