config file backups?

Somehow a no memory left message caused my config files to be corrupted. So I got my chartbooks and chart drawings back, and studies, but graphics and font changes and keyboard shortcuts and customized chart shortcuts and control bar setups and account info were all lost. Is there a back up for those config files? It looks like there are 30 different versions of the config files in the backup folder -- would any and which one would work? And how do I get SC to see it?
