Inquiry on real time data connections and exchange fees

HI, how can I purchase the services for a new month? My broker is Interactivebrokers and suddenly there is no real time connection.
Besides, I want to activate exchange fees, however, it showed this.

Failed to activate the 'Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for nonprofessional Trading accounts' exchange.
Not able to activate an exchange unless all current Real-time Connections are set to automatically renew.

How can i renew and use the real time data connections? Thanks!

Sorry, but can i ask that how can i activate exchange fees?
it showed as follows when i activate it.

We have activated the "Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for nonprofessional Trading accounts" Exchange for you.

To be able to activate exchanges, you need to temporarily re-enable the 2nd real-time connection and then disable it after you have enabled all the required exchanges. This is because you have this connection active for the current month. You will not need to do this next month.

infact i just wrongly pressed the 2nd connection, I only need one connection. If i enable the 2nd real time connection, will it cost duplicated fees?

The 2nd connection renewal is currently disabled. So you will not be charged for it during the next billing cycle.
