HI, how can I purchase the services for a new month? My broker is Interactivebrokers and suddenly there is no real time connection. Besides, I want to activate exchange fees, however, it showed this. Failed to activate the 'Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for nonprofessional Trading accounts' exchange. Not able to activate an exchange unless all current Real-time Connections are set to automatically renew. How can i renew and use the real time data connections? Thanks!
