I try to set up my account info for the first time.

I live in Hong Kong and as far as I know there is no postcode.

your system keep asking me for a postcode.

it does not matter what I enter it comes back as an error message.

if you have a postcode you need me to enter can you give me some options.

what the hell do you want me to enter?

What we are going to do is in the case of when the country is Hong Kong we will automatically set the postcode to None.

Thank you for your reply.

I only just got to draw TPO chart on US stock yesterday. I am still trying to draw TPO on Hong Kong stocks. Can you extend my trial period as I am still finding my way around the Sierra software?

Your account has been activated and the usage time extended if necessary.

If Sierra Chart is running, it will automatically be activated within about three minutes. However, you may need to exit from the Sierra Chart charting and trading software by selecting "File >> Exit". And then open Sierra Chart through the icon on your desktop or through the desktop Start menu.

After your Sierra Chart usage time ends you can request another trial, up to a total of 30 days assuming you have not already received those trial days previously. After this you need to pay for additional usage time through "Help >> Add Usage Credit".
