Good morning, I have a problem with DAX ! When I click on the flatten button (live mode), it takes off my take profit and my stop loss but it doesn't close my position !! I have tow click a second time to close. So this morning I have lost money because of that. It works perfectly in simulation mode and on the 6E (live), ES (live) How can I fixe this ? Thanks |

No, it is already enabled !! It does that only with Dax or emini Dax .... ES and E6 or even Russel are working fine !! |

You need to check the Trade Activity Log to find out why the flatten order is getting rejected. Good afternoon, I have already tried to get an answer on the support board but the answer you gave me did not help me ! Let me explain again ... Let say I open a position doing a buy market on DAX ! When I want to flatten the position I click on the flatten button and the result is that it takes off my take profit and my sell stop but it doesn't close the position ... This is what happens in live mode. Note that it works perfectly on euro or s&p, this thing only happen on DAX or eminiDax. In simulation mode (sierra simulation) and simulated live it does work properly on DAX. This bug only happen in live and on DAX or eminiDAX then ! I have lost money because of that this morning which mean that I cannot trade Dax anymore at the moment. This is a problem because that's the only one I'm good at. Please give me a solution for this !! Thanks |

What must be happening is that the market order for the flatten operation is getting rejected by the trading service you are using. We cannot know from our position why that is happening. The Trade Activity Log will tell you exactly why. You can also look at the Trade Service Log: Trading Information Windows: Trade Service Log So at this point you need to tell us why the market order is getting rejected. Also contact your broker and find out what has happened with that particular flatten order. They can also give you help hopefully. Thanks for answering ! Let me precise that this was happening also when I was with CQG, I'm now with transact. It did'nt matter before because I was not tradin emini dax so much and never the DAX. See attached screen shoot of the trade activity log |

It was not the case until now ! It doesn't explain why I did not have this problem with euro or s&p ... Anyway, I will try like this, hope it will work because it's a dangerous situation when the stop loss goes away on DAX ! Thanks |
