Good afternoon, I have already tried to get an answer on the support board but the answer you gave me did not help me ! Let me explain again ... Let say I open a position doing a buy market on DAX ! When I want to flatten the position I click on the flatten button and the result is that it takes off my take profit and my sell stop but it doesn't close the position ... This is what happens in live mode. Note that it works perfectly on euro or s&p, this thing only happen on DAX or eminiDax. In simulation mode (sierra simulation) and simulated live it does work properly on DAX. This bug only happen in live and on DAX or eminiDAX then ! I have lost money because of that this morning which mean that I cannot trade Dax anymore at the moment. This is a problem because that's the only one I'm good at. Please give me a solution for this !! Thanks
