IB - Symbol is unknown

For the intraday INDU-IND-NYSE chart, I get this message: Symbol is unknown....No security definition has been found for the request. In the Global Symbol Settings, INDU-IND-NYSE is in the list. I have upgraded to SC ver. 1750 but also had the same problem in 1520 or whatever previous version I was using. Has the symbol changed? In TWS, the symbol INDU is updating in real-time.

Using File/Find Symbol or delete/download data on the chart makes no difference.

I want to Global Symbol settings and clicked "update from server."
I also did a full reset of the symbols. When that didn't help, I replaced the new GlobalSymbolSettings.xml file with the old one.

We are not sure about this. We did some testing using different symbol configurations, but could not get any market data for that particular index. It could be the data is not provided due to Dow Jones rules.
