Loading info on Symbols

I have Sierra Charts version 1750 installed with CQG data feed for futures trading. After the most recent updates to versions 1750 and the previous version last week, I have been having a lot of problems with the system loading requested data for the chart dates requested in the chart settings. I have 180-365 days for volume by price requested in the volume by price study as well as in the chart settings. After the most recent update it is not retrieving and daily data past a week on the new symbols I'm requesting data for. It first started with a frozen symbol now I am having an issue with all new loaded symbols. I have been using Sierra Charts for 18 months and have never had a problem with the settings I have been using from the beginning. The only change I have done is now Im using 5 instances to allow for each instance to be dedicated to one symbol. I was having an issue with multiple chartbooks open under 1 instance with slow trading executions etc. With the volume by price study I know I am requesting the system to pull a lot of historical data. Need a fix for this problem.

Still trying to figure out the problem. In chart settings, if I chose none for continuous contract there is no issue with retrieving data. When volume based roll over and any other continuous contract setting data is not retrieved. Maybe this will help.

This issue is not specific to any particular version.

You just need to re-download the data as explained here:
