CQG Market order entry error

Hello,
I have built studies that have alert condition to trigger orders (Buy Entry, Buy Exit, Sell Entry and Sell Exit). I am using the inbuilt Study "Trading System Based on Alert Condition".
The backtesting seems fine to trigger orders based on alert condition.

However, this is my first time trading live with this system. I have connected via CQG WebAPI.
In the study, I then enabled "Send Trade Orders to Trade Service" = Yes

When the alert got triggered, it gave me a error signal.
Order Error - CQG order update. Status: REJECTED. Text: Tag 1 value contains non-ASCII or extended ASCII characters. Internal Order ID: 26. Service Order ID: 556292769. Symbol: F.US.ENQM18 | 2018-05-16 11:54:00

How do I fix this error? I cannot seem to trade live.

The problem is with the Trade Account:

Contact your broker and let them know you are getting this message:
Text: Tag 1 value contains non-ASCII or extended ASCII characters.

Have them contact CQG about this.
