Live trading didn't work when I went out of town on my laptop

Never had an issue on my desktop where I trade daily. When I went out of town last week I tried to live trade and when I clicked buy or sell nothing happened, but when I went to sim trading mode it worked fine. Is there some type of setting that does not allow you to live trade from two different computers? The desktop was shut down before I left. I want to make sure this issue doesn't happen again, please advise ASAP.

We see you are using Rithmic. Are you sure that instance of Sierra Chart on your laptop was connected to Rithmic at the time?

Whatever the issue, it should be logged in the Trade Activity Log. Follow the instructions here to see what has happened:

There will be no cost in this case, but hopefully you can see what the problem is without having to provide the Trade Activity Log to us.
