We see you are using Rithmic. Are you sure that instance of Sierra Chart on your laptop was connected to Rithmic at the time?

Whatever the issue, it should be logged in the Trade Activity Log. Follow the instructions here to see what has happened:

Is there some type of setting that does not allow you to live trade from two different computers?
