I'm getting an error on OpenEcry when trying to place a trade (Order was rejected... Provider Is Not Available) and the QuoteBoard is showing 0 for the spread

Okay, it sounds as though you are trading the Forex symbols. Yes those are no longer available through Gain Capital. You can trade the Forex futures instead.

Do you mean forex symbols no longer supported by Sierra Chart through Gain, or not supported by Gain Capital itself?

Through the particular connection that Sierra Chart uses to Gain Capital, they are no longer supported through that connection. This was a decision by Gain Capital. Sierra Chart has no support for cash Forex symbols through Gain Capital at this time and there are no plans to offer that since that is a major work effort which we will not get involved with.
