Problem Re-installing Intuitive SigmaTM Charts

The first time I installed the Intuitive SigmaTM Charts, I followed the video instruction and all went well. However, the section to add "Regression Analysis Study", I could not locate the file "RegressionAnalysis.StdyCollct" within the Studies folder as there was no such folder that I could find as shown in the video. I then proceeded to delete the entire Intuitive SigmaTM Charts folder and re-installed again thinking I must have failed a step the first time round. The second installation has failed with a message box saying "Maximum number of retries encountered" and "Press Install to retry". I tried again and the same message appeared. I have attached a screenshot of this message and the installer log. Please advice what steps to take. Thank you. |
