Help with Service Connection to CQG WebAPI

Hello,

I have a live connection setup via CQG WebAPI. When I am at home, I can download historical intraday data and also live data. However, when I am at work, I cannot seem to get any historical intraday data... I only get live data. What can be the issue? Is there some resolution?
