Spreadsheet for Trading not updating

I'm using spreadsheets for trading and I keep running into situations on replay and live where the cells are not updating properly. Either each row will have a value of 0 or each row will have #VALUE!. I've gone through my studies to graph list and have everything in order by CalcOrder. I'm only using 10 rows on the spreadsheet. I've deleted all of the other sheets. I can't figure out what to do. The column for which I notice it is just a simple '=ID123.SG1@3' where the study graph referenced is a Spreadsheet Formula study. Any ideas on what I might do to fix this. When it happens I have to click on 'recalculate all formulas' under the spreadsheets tab in order to get it back on track? Thank you. There is little doubt this has to do with calculation order. You have to consider what dependencies the Spreadsheet Formula study has itself and all of those must be calculated before the Spreadsheet Formula study and then after that the Spreadsheet System for Trading study needs to be calculated. Same Problem here, easy fix. Starting replay not all Indicators have data. Figured VWMA with period 20 doesn't get updated (in replay), unless I go into spreadsheet and "confirm" the formula, guess it pulls then actual data. Easy fix, was to set the option "Reset alert condition on new bar" in the spreadsheet configuration page. |
