I am able to get daily charts for the cashDOW industrial using CQG with AMP but no intraday charts would there be any reason for this? Symbol is $DOWI

Thank you, I am with AMP and I signed up for Dow indices at $6 per month, but I am not able to load intraday charts on the Dow Index (I'm using $DOWI). I have mentioned this to AMP and they requested me to open a support request on the Sierra platform. What do I need to do in this case please?

We have always seen a problem with receiving the cash index data from the CQG Web API and is not something we can help with unless you know what particular symbol to use. But it is not $DOWI. What symbol would you suggest I use (for the Dow Industrials Cash Index)? Or if that does not work, you have the Dow Jones Indices data for %5.25 per month, is that only EOD or intraday as well please?

According to CQG the symbol to use is going to be X.US.DJI Let us know if that works. It is not listed, just simply manually type it into the Selected Symbol box in File >> Find Symbol.
