Thank you, I am with AMP and I signed up for Dow indices at $6 per month, but I am not able to load intraday charts on the Dow Index (I'm using $DOWI). I have mentioned this to AMP and they requested me to open a support request on the Sierra platform. What do I need to do in this case please?
