I wish to purchase the service for exchange data feed and exchange fees, however, it pops up the following: Failed to extend feature expiration date. Failed to create/reactive Account 139244_1 on the Barchart system. Failed to activate the Market Data Feed. How can I solve this situation and successfully purchase the data feed? Thanks so much!

You need set the Postal/Zip code to an entry that is not "0": https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ManageAccountInfo After that is done. You should be able to activate the data feed. Sierra Chart Support Date Time Of Last Edit: 2018-05-08 18:00:01
