I wish to purchase the service for exchange data feed and exchange fees, however, it pops up the following: Failed to extend feature expiration date. Failed to create/reactive Account 139244_1 on the Barchart system. Failed to activate the Market Data Feed. How can I solve this situation and successfully purchase the data feed? Thanks so much! |
