Using a VPS with Windows2012

I want to use a signal service on a VPS with Windows 2012. The software loads and receives data ok but the signals are not generated when the chartbook is loaded. The signals work ok on Windows10. Am I missing something on the 2012?

This definitely does not have anything to do with the operating system. You need to contact the service providing these signals about the issue.
