Is there a 32-bit version for the Harmonic Pattern Collection (HPC)? I am considering Infinity Futures as my broker and their version of Sierra is 32-bit and I want to be sure that there is a 32-bit version available. If only a 64-bit is available, is there a way to use Infinity Futures on the main Sierra Chart platform at the same reduced rate that clients pay Infinity for platform? Thanks in advance! |

Where did you see Harmonic Pattern Collection? This is not a study that Sierra Chart provides. It must be from an outside developer. They can easily create both 32 bit and 64-bit versions. The Harmonic Pattern Collection is offered by Divergence Software, and is new for the Sierra Platform. I will check with the developer to see if they offer 32-bit version, wasn't sure who to ask the question to directly. Infinity uses TransACT Trading so wouldn't it be the same as going to Data/Trade Service Settings and then selecting TransACT Trading? Forget cost, but wouldn't that be the same as connecting the account to Sierra directly instead of using their customized charting version of Sierra?

Yes, we do have a 32-bit version as well as a 64-bit version and I have updated the installer so that both versions will now be installed. The only difference between the two is that in the 64-bit version the actual pattern names will be displayed in the Study Summary "Pattern" column whereas in the 32-bit version we can only display a numeric code.
