Futures Charts not updating

Sorry, if I am asking trivial stuff. I just downloaded the trial version and my futures charts do not update. Compared to what I have seen on youtube videos my charts also seem to take forever to load. I do not see a status bar running but my charts runs back and forth until it has loaded.

How can I get the real time data for those 5 USD? It sends me to another page but then I cannot find the information.

Also make sure you activate the correct exchanges. We assume you do not have a trading account, so you can only activate the exchanges listed here:

And you must activate an exchange. Activating the real-time data connection is not going to give you real-time data. You have to activate exchanges.



The CME ones have no cost for the first month.

this is so complicated. Before I am up and running my trial period is over. I am getting pushed from one page to the other. I cannot activate an exchange I need to sign an agreement. I press the link to the agreement and nothing happens. I don't know what to do. this is getting frustrating. This webpage is an encyclopedia, to read and understand it is a task of weeks.

We can extend your trial as needed. You should not be concerned about that.

Every exchange that I want to activate tells me do not activate, if you don't have a funded futures account. That is the purpose of this trial, I don't want to fund an account right now. How do I need to proceed to be able to test your system on a demo basis, trying to place orders in simulated account. I never imagined it would have been so difficult to just have a trial. Could you please guide me through the steps as everytime I try to do something on the links I get offered from you something does not work or I am being rejected for some reasons I don't understand.

You are disregarding the clear instructions we have given.

I never imagined it would have been so difficult to just have a trial.
You need to understand the Chicago Mercantile Exchange is absolutely hell-bent on making this as difficult as possible for you as they can.
