Added "Moving Average - Simple" to Daily Chart with Length 200. Then I set the scale to same as region. The line disappear, but I can see the last vale at the top of the chart and the value is correct. So I know the calculations are fine....but the line disappears. Change the scale to Auto etc and the line reappears (incorrect values of course).

BTW it happens with "Moving Averages" study also

This chart uses the historical data feed. I created a chart with only 300 days on live sierra chart data feed with all the same other settings and the SMA works fine.

Please note that I created a new chart in the same chartbook with the same settings and the SMA is working fine. I think I have to assume that the chart in question is somehow corrupted

This must have something to do with the chart scale. Probably it is not set to Automatic.

As a practical matter there really is no such thing as a corrupted chart.
