Does switching to SIM cancel live orders that are currently filled?

I just had an EXTREMELY unsettling thing happen...I opened my SC and had a live execution at a place that I did not put it on and at a place where SC wasn't even open (tho, live trading may have still been enabled when I closed it).

Fortunately, I was up, but OMG!!! I still do not know what happened.
