If you are referring to the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed, it is functioning properly.

Tell us one of the symbols that is not updating and only one symbol.

Since you have one of the lower cost CME exchanges enabled, you need to refer to:

Actually based upon this post of yours:

It is quite clear you have some sort of system issue on your side and your system has caused the main configuration file and other files to be lost or inaccessible in some way.

Therefore, the futures charts will not update because you are not connected to your trading account but instead connected to the Sierra Chart data feed service, so the trading account authorization for the month of April as required by the CME, has been lost preventing the real-time data from being received.

So here you are complaining terribly to us, when in fact the blame is squarely on your own system and the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

Now you can understand our perspective and why we get sick and tired of some of the nonsense on the support board. You have only your system and the CME to blame at this point.

And for the record, anyone looking at these threads from this user, is not seeing the particular derogatory words, that were communicated by this user to us because we deleted them.
