trouble with executions

I am using SC with data provided by CTS T4. Today I am having a serious problem in that, when I place a trade on SC it disconnects from my data feed. I am then unable to manage a position. When SC reconnects seconds later I try to flatten and get a message that I don't have a position. I then check my trades in the trade activity log and it shows I have open positions. I am having to call the firm I am trading with and ask them to check positions for me.

I have stopped trading after this happened 2 times this morning, but my trade activity log shows 1 unmatched fill and one open position.

Please help!

Can you tell us the approximate time and time zone this disconnection occurred at. If there were multiple disconnections just about the time of one of them.

We have heard from CTS on this. And we have a question. Can you tell us how you are connecting to the Internet? Are there any wireless connections involved including a wireless network access point at your location.

I am direct connected to the desktop trading computer with a Netgear AC1600 router that also provides wireless to a laptop. I do not trade on a wireless connection.
