Just upgraded to Version 1736 this morning.

The Trade Activity Log will only display trades 60 days back.
Screen shot attached.

Refer to:
Trade Activity Log: Missing Order Fills from Trade Activity Log

Beyond this, this is definitively something that will provide no support for.

Interesting, that the Trade Activity log displayed all live trades from January to current date just fine with version 1721 that I had installed.

Then when I install version 1736, Trade Activity log no longer displays all the trades.

I have version 1717 installed on an older hard drive which I booted up and the Trade Activity log displayed all live trades from January just fine..
All the General Trade Settings in 1717 and 1736 are the same also.

Yet, its my fault and you refuse to check your code base for any unexpected glitches.

The section below the section we linked to is this one:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/TradeActivityLog.php#MissingTradeActivityAndBackupFiles

It explains using a backup Trade Activity Log file.

Also, when you start Sierra Chart, if you look in Trade >> Trade Service Log if there any Trade Activity records being filtered or any errors encountered, that will be indicated. Check those lines and see if you notice a problem.

We are not saying it is your fault, but we will not get involved in these issues. There is not some kind of fault in Sierra Chart but there could potentially be a problem if you go back and forth between versions due to a field change for the order quantity field. In this case, an older version will not be able to read the records from a newer Trade Activity Log file and records will be lost. But in this case you can rely on a backup Trade Activity Log file.

Provide us the Trade Activity Log file here, that opens with the data you expect in an older version. We will see what we get in the latest version.

This is not what we need. We need the TradeActivityLog.dat file in the Sierra Chart installation folder. And we need the file that you are opening with an older version where you are seeing the data that you expect.

Opening this Trade Activity Log in the latest version, this is what we see for the first two fills:
ActivityType  DateTime  Symbol  OrderActionSource  OrderStatus  InternalOrderID  ServiceOrderID  OrderType  Quantity  BuySell  Price  Price2  FillPrice  FilledQuantity  TradeAccount  OpenClose  ParentInternalOrderID  Note  PositionQuantity  FillExecutionServiceID  HighDuringPosition  LowDuringPosition
Fill  2017-06-09 13:04:26.008  NQM7  TransAct Trading order update (Filled)  Filled  27335  32248843  Limit  1  Sell  5821.0000000    5821.0000000  1  31*  Open      -1  23752842
Fill  2018-01-04 10:37:52.000  NQH8  TransAct Trading historical fills data (Restored)  Filled    33920030    1  Sell      6607.0000000    31*          24816188

And we do see the corresponding trades for those on the Trades tab.

Ok.
So I have to boot up the backup hard drive with SC V1717 every time I want to review trades going back more then 60 days??

As I do not get more then 60 days on V1736.

I have attached the TradeActivityLog.dat file from V1736.

As a side note V1717 is SC 32bit and V1736 is SC 64bit.
Not sure if that would make a difference or not.

If this installation has the order fills that you need, then export them, and import them into the other installation which does not have these fills. Refer to:
Trade Activity Log: Importing and Exporting Data

There is no problem at all with the current version in regards to the Trade Activity Log.
