I am a trading mentor and recently I discovered that the number bars data (such as volume, max delta, min delta and delta) from my students are different from mine. Later I then discovered they were using trial version of sierra chart. May I ask is this the actual reason that made us different? Thank you. |

No it has nothing to do with whether the account is on a trial or not. Make sure all copies of Sierra Chart you are doing comparisons with, are set for a tick by tick data configuration: Tick by Tick Data Configuration This is essential. Yes, they have already set this correctly. Is there any other reason which caused the issue? All of my students discovered this problem and they are using the trial version.
