Hi there, Apologies, I have read through all the service package levels and the LMAX trade service page and I'm still unclear on which Service package applies. I will be trading cfds off Sierra charts, entering positions using your chart trading functionality. I assume that this means I am utilising LMAX data on SC charts. I believe that this means I only need to buy Service Pack 3? You state: " [Service Pack] includes the Included Data Services listed below and support for External Services." LMAX is included on the external services supported so I am assuming no extra data feed/functionality is required beyond Service pack 3. I did something similar with yourselves a few years ago but also had futures data etc from yourselves so this was a different set up. Apologies for the confusion. Regards, bootsyjam |

I believe that this means I only need to buy Service Pack 3? Yes this is correct. You just need the Standard (3) Service Package.

Thanks for the swift reply. Looking thru documentation and would like to buy a 6 month package but am unclear whether this is pro rata'd or not. Cannot see guidance on this-I know exchanges don't pro rata (course they don't-have seen your posts on Exchanges!) and cannot see your policy on Service packs. If I buy now (25th April) do I get charged for whole month just for the next few days? Regards bootsy |

If you pay for 6 months, then 6 months (6×31 days) of usage time will be added to your account as of the date of the payment. There is no prorating.
