Thanks for the swift reply. Looking thru documentation and would like to buy a 6 month package but am unclear whether this is pro rata'd or not. Cannot see guidance on this-I know exchanges don't pro rata (course they don't-have seen your posts on Exchanges!) and cannot see your policy on Service packs. If I buy now (25th April) do I get charged for whole month just for the next few days? Regards bootsy
