Hi,

I am constantly getting disconnected on my both computers. Other platforms are working well.

I use CQG.

Please treat this as URGENT as it is preventing me from trading.

We have no control over CQG connectivity problems.

For connectivity issues, refer to:

Also update Sierra Chart now by following these instructions:
Software Download: Fast Update

Definitively update.


And also make sure you are connected to CQG from only one copy of Sierra Chart. CQG only allows one connection per account.
