SC Data software update

I don't know why recently my account cannot access to software update.
The one I am using at the office is 1716 while my home is 1713.
I recall whenever I update the current version, it will show download and update successful.
Now it only asks me to close but nothing updated.
Can you pls help me to sort that out ?

Unable to Update Sierra Chart
Had the same problem a few days ago, Just run the downloader from the SierraChart folder instead of clicking on "download current version" from inside the software.
