Hi, I have a Package 3 account with CQG real time data as such will my historical data source derived from Sierra or will it be from CQG too ? |

Thanks for your prompt reply. In that case, can you kindly enable my SC (all data services) so that I can access to the Historical Tick by tick chart (which is included my Package 3) like I used to have during my Trial ? Thanks in advance.

Contact your broker and have them change your Sierra Chart service package to 5. After that is done, to ensure there is tick by tick data in the chart, set Sierra Chart to a Tick by Tick Data Configuration.
