Difference in Opening Price of a candlestick when compare to other platforms.

Hi Support, I am doing a comparison between historical charts of different platforms to make sure the candlesticks HLOC are the same as I intend to switch from other platforms to Sierra platform. However, I happen to find out that there is 1 or 2 candlesticks "OPENING PRICE" difference for Sierra Chart when compare to other platforms' chart (I have done the comparison with 2 other different platforms) within 1-2 hours span. Any setting which I may have missed to have caused this? I'm running on a volume based historical chart. Please advice. Thanks. |

Hi, What I mean is I'm using volume chart. I have attached 2 pics for your reference. I have compare Sierra chart with 2 other platforms. Pic3 is comparison of Nin... with Sierra chart. Pic4 is from Multi.. If you see the highlighted candlestick, Nin.. and Multi.. have the same candlestick HLOC while Sierra's candlestick got different "Opening Price" for that particular candlestick.
