Is it possible to add this study on another study independent of price? specifically a high low for an individual study not related to price Date Time Of Last Edit: 2018-04-06 19:55:44

Yes, this is possible. Just change the Based On setting to the study you want to reference and set the Input Data High and the Input Data Low to the appropriate values.
