In regards to the original post in this thread, we saw your other post on this board about complaining of deletion of your later post. That is not appropriate to be posting that here and we deleted it.

You can post that anywhere else and that is most welcome.

We provide superb support and we are looking into the original issue but we are unable to reproduce as of yet. Your most recent post was deleted because it did not make any sense to us from our perspective and we cannot spend time and respond to that so that we can focus on development. And for the record, we spent a significant amount of time today looking into this issue and monitored the depth data from CQG several times so it is not as though we do not care about the issue. It is a priority and we want to understand it and get it resolved. But we do not need more information which is simply invalid.


And if you are just simply getting different data than we are from CQG and that faulty data is what is causing the problem, then it just shows the CQG system is delivering inconsistent data so the claim that everything is fine on the CQG side, is also not even true if you are getting different data.

And there was another user who followed up to you, and claimed we were unprofessional. That is just a total overwhelming complete joke for so many reasons. We are not going to elaborate on that (Although explained below).

Also, a few users are having CQG connectivity problems and we are the ones who are going in-depth analysis of this and telling CQG what the potential problem is. We are the ones doing the work. So the level of expertise and professionalism is overwhelmingly on our side and everyone else needs to learn from us. This is the basic fact.

We determined but the most probable issue as to why there are levels mostly gone on the ask side when using CQG.

That was the result of another fix we tried to solve another issue but it causing unintended consequence. In part due to the implementation of it though. But right now it is disabled. It is hard for us to know the effects of these because we cannot reproduce any of these issues from our side. And the underlying reason appears to be that CQG is dropping market depth updates, in particular deletes.

We are releasing version of the 1730 at this time. If there any further minor CQG market depth issues there is not much we can do about them at the moment. We have done the best we can for the time being.
