Sierra charts connection problems

Hello I am having connection issues with my charts package. I am using Sierra Charts package 3 through AMP Futures. I contacted their support and they tried to fix this issue. They tried running my login credentials on their side and everything went through. On my side, however, it would not connect the live data feed. I tried turning off all firewalls and anti virus shields to no avail. At the bottom I have included the entire log history. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks and have a great day!

If you are still having a problem connecting to CQG, then we have put out a new release which has some additional logging. The version is 1729. Update with Help >> Download Prerelease:

After you update, try connecting again to CQG and provide the Message Log with the Send for Analysis button on the Message Log and let us know you have done that.

Whether this logging will be helpful or not, we do not know but it may give us more of a clue.
