I had been using 1715 and using Interactive Brokers with no problem connecting with their API. Upgraded to 1725 and the api window to allow pops up and with every OK it pops up again, will NOT connect. SC gives me a message that the problem is in my account control panel but there is NO problem there. I went back to ver 1715 and everything is working fine with IB . This happenen to me at work today so when I got home wanted to check it on my home computer and had the same problem and solution.

A small number of users are having this problem connecting to Trader Workstation and we are not sure of the reason.

Would you be available for us to do a remote assistance session to check the TWS log file to understand why this is happening? We can do that, this evening.

OK Be glad to help out. I have updated my phone number it is 8:03 pm here and I will be available for the next 2 hours. I will upgrade to the current version of SC

Well here goes... I am not able to update to 1725. when I click update to current I get the yes for downloaded but after that nothing happens, I had this problem when I first went to 1725 but I rebooted and it went ok but I have rebooted 3 times and nothing so I am currently stuck on 1715

10 min later..... I have tried several times to update and I am not able to.
