HKFE futures data and symbols

Hi, I subscribed to the hkfe exchange data (hang seng) and the CBOE indexes data, but I cannot get the symbols to work on my quote board. Does my bar chart data include the hkfe and cboe indexes? I looked for the symbols but could not find them. One more question.I subscribed to stock data for 10.50 per month does this also include stock options? thank you JAY |

typically I would subscribe to the cboe for stock options which I did, but I think i subscribed to the cboe indexes. which exchange offers US domestic stock options? THank you JAY p.s. I did put in HSJ18 and it populated the quote board with the futures name Hang Seng index, but the data had all zero values. I rolled the contract forward and backward and still no trade data. where do I find the symbols because on the activation page for different exchanges those symbols don't seem to be working. |

The Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed does not provide stock options data. And Barchart who is the vendor of record for the data feed does not provide that data either. Since the Hong Kong futures exchange is closed now, we would expect you to see zero values on the quote board at this time.
