Hi,

I logged in the platform, username and passwords are correct but it's just not connecting. I closed and open the platform multiple times but it's just saying "not connected" in red colour.

What can i do?

Try Menubar->File->Connect to Data Feed.

Maybe see if
Menubar->File->Data/Trade Service Settings->The checkbox in the upper right called "Connect on Program Startup" should be enabled.
