Try Menubar->File->Connect to Data Feed. Maybe see if Menubar->File->Data/Trade Service Settings->The checkbox in the upper right called "Connect on Program Startup" should be enabled. Here is some troubleshooting that you can try: Data/Trading Service Connection and Symbol Issues
