Problem with Automatic/Built-in Updater

When I try to use the Help -> Download Current or Download PreRelease options, I always get the following error message:

Failed to open the file: C:\SierraChart\SierraChartFileDownloader.exe. Error: Windows error code 32: The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process. | 2018-03-19 04:08:07 *

Although I can manually download the installer from your site and run it.

I get this message when trying to up/downgrade on 1716, 1717 and 1720
